Netricks Inc., July 2007 to February 2009
Project Manager of Website Development, and Information Technology
Directly managed a full team of website developers, and graphic artists, located both locally and overseas. Received and coordinated all website projects consisting of updates and new development. Ensured all website programming met strict guidelines. Completed all web site development projects within time specifications and budgetary guidelines. Oversaw and directed all customer requests for technical support for over 100 Information Technology clients in the Central Valley.


Hanford Sentinel, April 2006 to March 2007
Web Site Manager
Directly managed ten websites; consisting of one daily newspaper, eight weekly newspapers, and one monthly publication. Kept current on all internet trends, and increased monthly page impressions by 400,000. Worked hand in hand with the IT manager to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair software, hardware, and networking problems on all office computers, printers, and networked copiers. Continuously tracked and budgeted accounts payable and receivable items to meet budget guidelines within the IT Department.

Surpassed all personal goals set by the regional office for personal checking, savings, business checking and savings accounts, as well as consumer loans including real-estate purchases.

Received calls from bank customers regarding personal and business accounts. Exceeded all goals established by the Fresno call center. Trained and mentored new members to our customer service team. Created and implemented software for our team to track all outgoing calls allowing for increased productivity.

Network Administrator
Operated and maintained a computer network of 270 computers as well as email services for 500 personnel. Assisted in the daily update and maintenance of the Vmfat-101 website, comprised of detailed schedules and weather information, necessary for air crew members. Directed a service team in response to email and computer networking requests. Monitored and tracked all support requests, computer parts, and service hours that were used for day-to-day operations. Participated in weekly conferences with executive level Marines, to assist in the scheduling of operational plans.
